Welcome to the Solstice Choir – a unique gathering of voices, hearts, and intentions. This December, join us for a three-day event leading up to the Winter Solstice, hosted at the beautiful Paradise Point in San Diego.
The Solstice Choir is more than just a musical experience; it’s a scientifically-informed event where the power of collective singing is harnessed to promote well-being and personal transformation. Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Todd Ovokaitys, a Johns Hopkins-trained medical doctor, bioscientist, and innovator in sound-based healing, this event blends the art of music with cutting-edge science.
Dr. Todd is renowned for his groundbreaking work in anti-aging, stem cell research, and vibrational science. As the inventor of the Strachan-Ovokaitys Node Generator (SONG) Laser Technology, he has explored how sound frequencies can activate biological processes that support regeneration and wellness. His pioneering approach integrates conventional medical knowledge with innovative harmonic practices to optimize health and longevity.

We Will Measure It
The CymaScope is the first scientific instrument that can give a visual image of sound and vibration in ways previously hidden from view. When the microscope and telescope were invented they opened vistas on realms that were not even suspected to exist. At our last event in Maui (Dec 2024), Dr. Todd Ovokaitys led a live activation using ancient whale tones and quantum vocal frequencies. The room became a field of resonance—and for the first time, we captured it.
What you see here is sound made visible in real time. This video shows the precise vibrational pattern of the tones as they moved through space.

Teresa Gibson
Teresa was raised in California in a musical household and began singing at an early age. She studied Theatre Arts with a focus on music and performance. Currently she resides in Washington State and performs with the Capital City Chorus. She enjoys leading vocal workshops to encourage participants to release vocal restrictions through playful vocal games.
Her fascination with the power and magic of the human voice has led her to diverse explorations, ranging from traditional choirs to improvisational circle singing, overtone harmonic singing, and meditation through kirtan. She has been honored to co-conduct many of the Pineal Toning choirs throughout the world.

Anders Holte
Anders is a professional singer, composer, and sound channel. He studied classical music at the Royal Danish Academy Of Music in Denmark, graduating as a classical singer, voice teacher and choir conductor.
A life-altering experience changed the trajectory of Anders' musical path and led to the creation of his first all-vocals album Lemurian Home Coming, followed by subsequent albums, all created together with his wife and musical partner Cacina Meádu. Today the music of Anders and Cacina is being used worldwide for deep inner connection, meditation and healing.
In 2012 Anders co-conducted Dr. Todd’s first Pineal Tones Choir on Maui. During their continuous collaboration since this first initial Choir, Anders has musically arranged most of Dr. Todd’s Pineal Tones into today’s choir arrangements, as well as composing the music for some of the most profound and beloved Pineal Tones.
Cacina Meádu
Cacina is an accomplished musician and pianist. Like she has done at many previous choir events, also this time she will be accompanying the Solstice Choir throughout the event days.
